Lauren shared some of the findings from her research with Senior Portfolio Manager and climate change specialist, Henrik Wold Nilsen, into the use of climate data in systematic portfolio construction.

She highlighted some of the problems that can occur with a ‘passive’ implementation of climate data and described why expert oversight is necessary in seeking portfolio Paris Alignment via exposure to ‘climate beta’.

Please refer to the attached whitepaper for a write up of the discussion which also involved Aon, Isio, REST Super, XPS Investment and Northern Trust.

There is risk associated with investments in the fund due to market movements, developments in currency, interest rates, economic conditions, industry- and company-specific conditions.
